Maber London was appointed by a repeat landlord client to deliver a full CAT A+ refurbishment at Dowgate Hill, creating a modern, tenant-ready workspace. The works involved stripping out the existing tenant’s fit-out and installing new tea point joinery, floor finishes and glazing, alongside specialist decorative finishes, furniture installation, and AV integration. The team delivered the project within a fast-track four-week programme. The refurbishment took place alongside external façade works undertaken by another contractor, with regular communication and coordinated planning ensuring both projects progressed smoothly. Early planning and careful management ensured materials and specialist packages were secured in time, preventing delays to the delivery programme. The project was completed within the client’s budget and to a high standard, allowing the landlord to bring the space back to market quickly, ready for immediate occupation.
