MABER GROUP HISTORY:

2009

Maber Construction Founded

Maber was founded on 23 December 2009 by Dean Cranham, bringing over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry and airport environments. With a vision to deliver dependable, high-quality construction services within complex live environments, Maber quickly established a strong reputation at Heathrow Airport.

2011

Introducing MEP Services

Our services expanded in 2011 to include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) solutions, creating a fully integrated approach to construction and fit out projects.

2014

Maber Design Launched

February 2014 marked the launch of Maber Design, following years of collaboration between Dean Cranham and Chris Wall on projects across Heathrow Airport. Established to provide a wider range of design services in support of the growing construction business, Maber Design became the design and technical consultancy division of Maber Group.

2019

Tier 1 Contractor Milestone

A major milestone followed in 2019, when Maber was awarded a Minor Works Framework Contract at Heathrow Airport, achieving Tier 1 contractor status.

2026

Maber London Launched

An exciting new chapter began in early 2026 with the launch of Maber London, our specialist fit out division delivering premium commercial interiors across Central London and the Home Counties. This marked the next stage of Maber Group’s growth.
