T3 & T4 RESERVE AND COLLECT

Following Maber’s successful delivery of Heathrow’s first Reserve & Collect unit in 2023, Maber was appointed to undertake the survey, design and construction of two additional units in Terminals 3 and 4. Terminal 3 introduced a new island retail concept within a live, operational space. In Terminal 4, the team reconfigured building services, including life safety systems, and built new compartmentation walls. Both units were completed ahead of schedule to a high standard, with safety and efficiency maintained throughout.
