Damon has spent 20 years in the construction industry, 15 of them with Maber, bringing extensive knowledge and leadership to the delivery of complex construction projects. As Project Manager, he oversees projects from pre-construction through to handover, managing planning, procurement, programming, stakeholder coordination, and on-site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance remain at the forefront throughout.
Damon’s expertise spans fire protection, drylining and ceilings, and carpentry, underpinned by a strong trade background and qualifications including a Level 7 BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, SMSTS, and a Level 3 NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery. He is also a Mental Health First Aider. Having worked at Heathrow for 20 years, his skills are finely tuned to the demands of this highly regulated aviation and commercial environment, combining technical knowledge with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Damon takes pride in leading projects of all sizes from start to finish and is passionate about continuous development, currently working towards his master’s degree while embracing new challenges to grow both personally and professionally.
