With over 44 years of experience in the construction industry, Dean Cranham is the Founder and Chairman of Maber Group. Having founded the business and led its evolution into Maber Group, he continues to provide strategic direction and support to the leadership team, working closely with the Managing Director to guide the Group’s growth while upholding the values it was built on.
Bringing deep expertise in construction leadership, airport projects, and long-term business development, Dean combines decades of hands-on industry knowledge with a practical and approachable leadership style. Beginning his career as a bricklayer, he has gained a genuine understanding of every stage of construction and every aspect of the business. He is recognised for mentoring others, solving complex challenges, and helping teams achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dean particularly enjoys the unique challenges of working within the airport environment, from delivering complex projects to strengthening long-standing client relationships and industry partnerships. Seeing Maber Group continue to grow and supporting the people behind its success remain the most rewarding aspects of his role.
