Maber Design
Grace joined Maber in May 2026 as a Design Engineer Technician Apprentice, working towards a two-year apprenticeship delivered through K10 in partnership with Heathrow. As part of her role, she creates detailed CAD drawings that turn client ideas into realistic, safe, and feasible designs, working closely with clients and the wider Maber team.
Having studied Construction at GCSE and Product Design at A Level, Grace brings a solid grounding in construction principles and design theory. Since joining, she has quickly developed her AutoCAD skills through hands-on involvement in live projects, and is keen to keep building on this as she grows into the role.
Grace particularly enjoys the variety her role offers and is motivated by the goal of building a lasting career with Maber, bringing a fresh perspective and genuine enthusiasm for new challenges along the way.
