Having 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Kelvin brings extensive commercial and project delivery expertise to Maber London. As Divisional Commercial Director, he oversees the commercial delivery of projects, including tender coordination, procurement, budget control, forecasting, and financial reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
Kelvin is known for his collaborative and non-adversarial approach to project delivery, alongside strong expertise in change control, variation management, final account forecasting, and value engineering. His practical and solutions-focused mindset helps support smooth-running projects and strong client relationships throughout all stages of delivery.
Kelvin particularly enjoys delivering high-quality projects with successful outcomes for both clients and project teams. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, mountain biking, the gym, and DIY.
