With around 30 years of experience in the construction industry and over 14 years with the company, Matthew Evans leads the business with a strong focus on growth, performance, and people. As Managing Director, he oversees the strategic, financial, and operational direction of the company, working closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.
Bringing extensive expertise in construction finance, budgeting, and forecasting, Matthew combines strong leadership with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Known for working well under pressure and clear communication, he is passionate about developing people and building strong teams where individuals can thrive.
Matthew particularly enjoys the variety of the construction industry and working closely with Dean, Maber’s Chairman, and alongside a dedicated team to drive the business forward and deliver successful outcomes for clients and projects alike.
