As Managing Quantity Surveyor, Richard Forsyth oversees the financial and commercial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account, bringing 25 years of industry experience to the successful delivery of construction projects. He manages cost planning, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, working closely with project teams and clients throughout.
Richard is known for his strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and proactive approach to managing cost and risk. Rather than reacting to issues, he focuses on forward planning, drawing on his confidence in negotiation, cost control, and financial management to make informed decisions that support both project delivery and overall business performance.
Richard particularly enjoys the commercial side of project delivery, especially negotiating, identifying efficiencies, and seeing a project perform well financially from start to finish.
