With 9 years of industry experience and 4 years with the company, Ross Voges plays an important role in the successful planning and delivery of construction projects. As Site Manager, he oversees pre-construction planning, project mobilisation, on-site coordination, and final handover, ensuring projects run smoothly and remain fully compliant with health and safety and building regulations.
Ross brings strong expertise in pre-construction processes, compliance, and site management, supported by his Construction Management NVQ Level 5 qualification and First Aid training. Known for his approachable nature, strong time management, and ability to identify potential issues early, he takes a proactive approach to keeping projects on track and delivering high standards throughout.
Ross particularly enjoys meeting new people and seeing projects develop from an initial concept through to successful completion.
