Maber Design
With 18 years of construction industry experience and a decade at Maber Design, Sam plays a key role in delivering complex multidisciplinary projects from concept to handover. As Principal Designer and Senior Civil Engineer, he works closely with clients, project teams and contractors to deliver practical, compliant and buildable solutions within programme and budget.
Holding a First-Class BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Project and Enterprise Management, Sam brings expertise in structural engineering, design coordination and design risk management under CDM 2015. Experienced in highly regulated environments, including Heathrow Airport, he combines technical and commercial understanding to coordinate architectural, structural and M&E design, ensuring solutions meet Building Regulations and client requirements.
Sam also supports the design team’s commercial strategy and day-to-day operations, helping improve processes and collaboration. He particularly enjoys solving complex challenges, building strong client relationships and seeing projects progress from early ideas to successful completion.
