Maber Construction
Sean has worked in the construction industry for 24 years, 16 of them with Maber Construction. As Senior Project Manager, he oversees projects from initial scope development, design and estimating through to installation and handover, working closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, with clear communication throughout.
He brings broad expertise across electrical, construction, and mechanical installations, backed by a strong background in site and project management. His work spans the full project lifecycle covering everything from minor works to large-scale projects. Known for his collaborative and creative approach as well as his practical industry knowledge, Sean has built long-term client relationships and helped strengthen our teams by bringing in skilled management and site staff. He also supports the Heathrow Apprentice Scheme, helping give others the opportunity to learn and grow their knowledge and experience.
Sean particularly enjoys the challenge of working within a complex airport within a team of professional skilled operatives and management.
